  Classic Mid Shape - A traditional and familiar pillow shape with a 12 - 14cm height and best for side and back sleepers. Classic Low Shape - A flatter traditional pillow shape with a 9 - 10cm height and best for stomach sleepers. But also good for  back and side sleepers who want more of a lower pillow. Contour Shape - A contour shape featuring two raised sides with a shallow valley in the middle for your head.
